Alternative Provision
Ipswich, Suffolk.

As an Alternative Provision in Ipswich, Suffolk, we are dedicated to supporting children and young people through high-quality, specialised education outside of the traditional classroom. Serving the Suffolk community, our SEND provision provides a vital lifeline for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including those with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, Autism, PDA, ADD, ADHD, ESBA (emotionally based school avoidance) and a wide range of additional needs.

By definition, Alternative Provision (AP) is a specialised educational setting designed for pupils who require a more flexible, therapeutic, or small-group environment in order to thrive — often due to medical needs, school exclusion, emotionally based school avoidance, or the need for bespoke SEND support. We are immensely proud to be a registered provider on the Suffolk County Council Alternative Provision Directory. This registration is a significant mark of quality and trust, confirming that our setting has met the Local Authority’s standards for safeguarding, quality of education, and operational compliance.

Being part of the official Suffolk SEND Local Offer means that schools, local authorities, and families in Ipswich and the surrounding region can commission our services with confidence, knowing we provide a safe, professional, and supportive pathway for pupils to re-engage with learning and achieve their full potential.
